Campaign: Tiny Hats for Tiny Babies

Tiny Hats for Tiny Babies was a campaign to encourage knitters around the world to knit hats for premature babies in East Africa. The campaign was a partnership between UCSF, the American Academy of Pediatrics, and the Warm Up America! Foundation. The design draws inspiration from knitting patterns, while working within UCSF's brand guidelines. (Selection from a multi-year campaign: Instructional packet for knitters and crocheters, promotional postcards, postcards for crafters to send to friends, and a small pamphlet of inspirational stories from crafter-participants.)
